Experience implementing QS/ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO13485 management systems as well as Lean Manufacturing concepts utilizing the Toyota Production System model.
- Led the turnarounds of a Medical Device Molding and Assembly operation ($1.7M swing) and a CPG molding operation ($2.0M swing on $8M less revenue).
- Spearheaded a complete, new factory layout with a new Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) room, upgraded cleanrooms (class 7 & 8) and automation on all machines.
