My career path has positioned as a 'single contributor' that functions across the broad range of leadership throughout organizations. I utilize this broad skill set to be able to make expeditious impact and foster sustainable financial impacts by being intimately fluent with the individual parts of the organization and how their dynamic affect on the overall business supports the organizational performance.
Executing highly complex turn around and growth strategies for a company with multiple entities that overlapped business segments. This turn around was from -8% EBITDA to >10% in the manufacturing arm, 7% EBITDA improvement and 20% volume increase across the Divisions.
Being recruited by my mentor to support him personally in the turn around of a $500MM division with multiple manufacturing locations that included a very tedious capacity relocation to support plant loading and foster the drive to centers of excellence.
Effectively executing my commitment to the Servant Leadership methodology to support these turnarounds while ensuring the long term sustainability of the changes by igniting culture changes throughout the organization.
