As a multifaceted Global Operations Leader, I’m at my best when I’m enhancing revenue, efficiencies, and market position and lowering production costs for industry leaders operating in extremely competitive environments. Along the way I’ve gained deep experience and expertise in Lean tools, manufacturing processes and leading-edge technologies while building an impeccable record of driving rapid top-line growth.
I’ve been particularly fortunate to develop and lead high-performance multinational workforces through start-up and turn-around situations in APAC region while developing a strong background in general management, supply chain, inventory controls, cost reductions, ERP implementation, technical research, plant operations, project execution and regulatory compliance.

Plant Consolidation: Utilized Parker Hannifin’s Lean platform to smoothly centralize two critical Chinese facilities in 2015, achieving $21.1M in new regional sales and market ROS of 24.4%. Lean Solutions: Achieved overall success in both office and shop floor venues by implementing Lean platforms that generated annual 3-5% ROS improvement over two years.
