About this Job 

  • Responsible for defining and managing team deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure the project is delivered on time, in scope, and within budget. 
  • Interface with commercial and quality forces to ensure adequate supplies and services are provided. 
  • Responsible for technical pre-sales, project management and quotations. 
  • Provide technical support for clients with regards to product data and tracking functionalities. 
  • Communicate and adjust technical activities to meet production schedule. 
  • Coordinate initial set-up of mold, machine, auxiliary equipment, and automation. 
  • Monitor and analyze efficiency reports 
  • Maintain good molding practices including TPM, process control and limits, auto control, and mold start up process. 
  • Propose and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Job Qualifications 

  • 5 years plastic injection molding experience (some medical device experience required). 
  • 5 years project management work experience. 
  • Ability to detail project plans, schedules, estimates and resource plans to submit RFQ. 
  • Experience managing client technical expectations. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, in particular Microsoft Projects. 
  • Competent with SAP, Solidworks, and Minitab. 
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
