Join a Global Technical Engineering Team to implement and improve manufacturing processes for plastic products used in the production of biologic drugs to improve human health. The Opportunity:

• Hands-on role providing plastic and materials expertise to improve production efficiencies and provide guidance on cleanroom expansion activities.
• Develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes.
• Implement IQ/OQ/PQ process for equipment and tooling qualifications.
• Troubleshoot production problems and resolve technical issues. Manage preventative maintenance program and resolve equipment failures before they arise.
• Work with outside vendors such as mold builder and equipment manufacturers in support of production.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in plastics materials and processing, preferably with engineered resins.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics or Engineering.
• 3D Design experience, working knowledge of SolidWorks big plus.
• Proficiency in equipment documentation including URS, FAT, SAT IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and process development activities such as qualification, validation, design of experiments, 5D, fishbone, FMEA and design for manufacturing.
