About this Job
- The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for directing, supervising, and planning all activities in the production department.
- Works directly with management in planning, monitoring, and improving production processes.
- Revises production schedules and priorities to best meet customer needs.
- Works closely with management and quality personnel to produce parts in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
- A college degree in engineering, materials, plastics, polymers, or related field is desired. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in an injection molding manufacturing is preferred.
- Professional attitude with demonstrated success in process improvements (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean).
- Ideal candidate is an “A player” that thrives in a smaller, dynamic, team-oriented environment, who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thinking-on-their feet, and wants to be on the ground floor of a growing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
