 About this Job: 

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of all production equipment. 
  • Attend to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and oversee equipment improvements, replacements, and time-critical repairs. 
  • Manage, train and mentor small maintenance team. Hands-on role, lead by example.  
  • Assist the production group in root cause resolution.  
  • Support plant-wide safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Minimum Job Qualifications: 

  • Thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Previous maintenance supervisory experience or team leadership aptitude. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.    
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
  • Injection molding, Lean Manufacturing, 5S experience preferred.
